Responsibilities for Payment and Refunds
Payment in full is required before we provide the service to you. Payment may be made through our online payment form or by bank transfer. You will be issued an invoice and payment details will be included at the bottom of the invoice. It is up to you, the client to ensure that any information that you provide to us is correct and accurate. We are not responsible for losses incurred through providing us with incorrect account details for your Realex, Stripe, Elavon or PayPal accounts. Information must be provided to us in a timely manner. A SSL certificate is a requirement for most payment processors and it is your responsibility to ensure that your hosting provider sets this up for you. We will require FTP details and control panel access for your website and this information must be provided to us before commencing your payment system.
Should you require a refund it must be requested before any work commences on your payment system. Refunds are not possible once we have started coding your payment system.
